Family Practice Center is conveniently located at the
southwestern end of the city of Orrville on
South Crown Hill Rd.

From Wooster:  Simply take Back Orrville Rd until you enter Orrville.  As the road curves and heads under a railroad trestle, it changes to S Crown Hill Rd.  We are located on the left hand side of the street between Andover Dr and Paradise Rd.

From St Rt 57:  Once in Orrville city limits, go west on W High Street,  and make a left on to S Crown Hill Rd. We are located on the right hand side of the road between Paradise Road and Andover Drive, before you come to the railroad trestle heading out of town.

From St Rt 30:  Exit at St Rt 57 North.  Follow 57 into Orrville and follow
directions above.

From I-76, or St Rts 21 or 585:  Exit I-76 at St Rt 21 South.  Follow Rt 21  to exit at St Rt 585 West. At the intersection of Rt 585  and Rt 57, turn left and follow directions above.
