Dr. Milligan is board certified in Neuromuscular Skeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. If something aches, he can help. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Ohio Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, the Ohio State Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Milligan is also the team physician for the Orrville Red Riders, and volunteers his time at the Viola Startzman Free Clinic in Wooster.
Dr. Milligan received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Chemistry in 1972 from the University of
Colorado in Boulder. He then earned his
Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from
Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri in 1977. He finished his
rotating internship at Affinity Medical Center, formerly Doctor’s Hospital, in Massillon, Ohio in 1978. Upon graduation, he worked for the US Public Health Service National Health
Service Corp in Horseshoe Bend, AR. Dr. Milligan then joined Family Practice Center, Inc. in 1981. In 1987 he achieved board
certification by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine in
Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.
